This is just a short, unscheduled post to let you know about something exciting I will be doing next year.
As I’m sure anyone who is reading this is aware, I am a battlefield tour guide, and it would be an understatement to say I love my job. I feel so incredibly blessed and privileged that I say I take groups of people to the Western Front battlefields, to Normandy, and to other locations and tell them the stories of what happened there and the people that have past through.
My passion is to share those stories with as many people as possible. To that end, in conjunction with Anglia Tours, the company I work for, I will be running and guiding a trip to the battlefields of the Western Front from 27th April to 1st May 2025. Our tour will take in locations around Ypres, the Somme, Arras and Loos and will include coach and ferry travel, accommodation including breakfast, museum entries, and your guide – me!
